1 Acceptance of Terms

2 Eligibility & Registration

• Is an individual creating an account on their own behalf, not on behalf of another person.
• Not appearing on any list of individuals prohibited or restricted from using online gambling services.
• Is fully legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
• Never having had an account at fun77 previously closed or suspended due to a terms violation.

Each individual is only permitted to register one account only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, IP addresses, or payment details — are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and an active email address. fun77 reserves the right to verify this information at any time through the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.

3 Member Account

Your fun77 account is personal and may not be transferred, shared, or used by any other party. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and all activities that occur under your account.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account every time you finish using the platform, especially on shared devices.
• Notify the fun77 support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised activity in your account.

Fun77 shall not be liable for any losses arising from the use of your account by any third party who gains access with or without your knowledge, unless negligence on our part is proven.

All balances in a fun77 account are gaming funds and do not constitute bank deposits. These funds do not earn interest and are not covered by any insurance scheme or deposit guarantee. fun77 maintains accurate records of all account transactions, and these records are final in the event of any dispute.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

Fun77 supports a variety of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including FPX, online banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and Boost. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are subject to the minimum and maximum limits set.

Deposit: The minimum deposit is MYR 30 per transaction. There is no daily maximum deposit limit for regular members, while VIP members enjoy higher limits. Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes after confirmation by the payment processor.

Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50 per request. fun77 processes withdrawal requests within four to six hours for regular members and under two hours for VIP members, subject to completed KYC verification. Actual transfer times depend on the recipient's bank or payment processor.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same member's name.
• Fun77 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawals.
• If any outstanding bonus wagering requirements remain unfulfilled, withdrawals may be placed on hold until those requirements are completed.
• Fun77 does not cover any service charges imposed by third-party banks or e-wallets.

5 Bonus & Promotions

Fun77 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, weekly cashback, free spins, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms stated in each promotional offer.

Wagering Requirements: Before bonus funds can be converted to cash and withdrawn, you must meet the specified wagering requirements. These requirements vary by bonus type and will be clearly stated in the terms of each promotion.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per promotion, unless otherwise stated.
• Fun77 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them if there is evidence of promotional abuse.

6 Game Rules

The fun77 platform uses a Random Number Generator (RNG) system independently verified by internationally accredited auditing bodies. This ensures fairness and true randomness in every round, hand, or spin — free from any external influence or manipulation.

• Game results that have been finalised by the system are final and cannot be disputed, unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.
• In the event of a technical failure during gameplay, fun77 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the bet to the member's account.
• The use of automated software (bots), external tools, or any unfair method to gain an advantage in games is strictly prohibited.
• Fun77 reserves the right to suspend gameplay or void bets if there is reasonable suspicion of cheating or fraud.

7 User Conduct

All fun77 members are expected to conduct themselves in a responsible, respectful, and honest manner at all times while using our platform. Unacceptable behaviour includes, but is not limited to:

• Use of offensive language, threats, or harassment toward support staff or other members in multiplayer games.
• Any attempt to hack, manipulate, or disrupt the systems and infrastructure of the fun77 platform.
• Collusion between players to cheat or gain an unfair advantage in a game.
• Money laundering or using the fun77 platform for any unlawful financial activity.
• Making false claims or providing misleading information to the customer support team.

Fun77 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of violating these conduct guidelines. Accounts found to be in breach may be suspended or closed, and balances and winnings associated with fraudulent activity may be forfeited.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

In all circumstances, fun77's maximum liability to any member shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

10 Account Termination

You may close your fun77 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure is processed, all outstanding bonus requirements must be settled and any valid balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method.

Fun77 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any terms set out in this document.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Multiple account registrations by the same individual.
• Attempting to exploit bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the platform.

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, fun77 reserves the right to hold the account balance pending completion of an internal investigation. If the violation is proven, the relevant balance may be fully forfeited.

11 Responsible Gaming

Fun77 is deeply committed to responsible gaming practices. We believe gaming should be an enjoyable leisure activity and not a source of financial stress or personal hardship.
